A 29 year old woman from Bangladesh presented with complaints of intermittent pain and swelling over right side of the neck since 3 years. On examination she had a 3*3 cm ill defined pulsatile mass in the carotid region of neck on the right side. She underwent excision of carotid body tumor and vagal paraganglioma on the right side along with stenting of ICA , 6 months back. Now she had undergone excision of left sided carotid body tumor and vagal paraganglioma along with stenting of left ICA. She has been discharged and is doing well.
